What does this mean? NO Restocking Fees

This means Planet Office Furniture stands behind HON quality. This means that since HON produces high-quality office furniture and you as the customer place your order correctly, there will be few returns.

Planet Office Furniture does not charge a re-stocking fee when products are returned to us. The product must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging and shipping configuration. Product received in other than the original packaging may not be resalable, and either no refund will be issued or additional charges will apply. If in doubt, please discuss the situation with us before returning the merchandise. It is the customers responsibility to pay the return shipping costs.

Tips to Ensure Ordering Accuracy

*Before ordering, always measure the space where you are placing the furniture.

*Let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation.

*Before you place the order please check the color and dimensions of items carefully to make sure they are suitable for the space intended.

*After you place the order you have 24 hours to double check everything to. You have 24 hours to cancel the order and once the order has shipped, there are no cancellations. You may cancel or change the order at no cost to you by contacting Planet Office Furniture At support@PlanetOfficeFurniture.com

Damaged Shipment

If there is visible damage to the packaging, you should immediately open the packaging and inspect the product. If it is damaged, you may refuse the item and ask the freight carrier to take it back. If the package appears even slightly damaged, write “Package Damaged” when you sign for delivery. Contact us immediately if there is obvious damage or no later than 3 days if there is hidden damage.
