Under this plan, your order will be shipped directly from the factory in 4 to 5 weeks. Your savings will be HUGE, if this timeframe works for you.

Plan Ahead Volume Discount - Delivery and Returns

We are able to offer you large discounts, because products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Delivery: The manufacturer only provides Free Shipping to your loading dock or curb. This is described as Tailgate Delivery on the Free and Flexible Delivery Options page. We can sometimes arrange Threshold Delivery or White Glove Delivery on a case-by-case basis. If you need one of these delivery options, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to arrange it for you.

Returns: Our return policy for damaged merchandise is unchanged. However, the manufacturer does not allow items to be returned, unless items are defective or damaged. If you have any doubts as to the color, size, comfort or appropriateness for your use, you may order samples of the item at non-volume prices. When you place your volume order, notify us and we will reimburse the difference between what you paid and the Volume Discount price.

Discounts For Non-Profits, Charitable and School Organizations

Planet Office Furniture is proud to state that we provide additional discounts to non-profits, charitable and school organizations.  The owner of Planet Office Furniture, a former teacher and the head of The Ali Meyer Foundation (http://www.alimeyer.org/), understands that budgets for such organizations are always limited relative to office furniture purchases.  We specialize in working with public and private schools and presently work with some of the largest school districts in the United States.
